By using Preveal you agree to these terms. They are written plainly and without unnecessary legal complexity.

Preveal is a product of Carvey Innovations Limited, a digital wellness company operating internationally. References to "we," "us," or "Preveal" in these terms refer to Carvey Innovations Limited and its products and services at preveal.life.

Preveal is a psychological wellness and self-knowledge tool. It is not a medical device, not a clinical assessment instrument, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. Please read our full Disclaimer before using the tool.

Preveal is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using this tool you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use Preveal under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or qualified professional.

You agree to use Preveal only for its intended purpose — personal self-knowledge and inner-life reflection — or, if you hold a Practitioner Bundle licence, as a supplementary tool within existing professional relationships with clients.

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce the tool's reading content or architecture for commercial purposes without a licence; redistribute or resell the tool files without written permission from Carvey Innovations Limited; use Preveal in any way that could cause harm to yourself or others; or misrepresent Preveal's capabilities as clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic in any professional context.

Products purchased through Gumroad are licensed to the individual purchaser for personal or professional use as specified in the product listing. The Preveal Personal licence is for individual use only. The Practitioner Bundle includes a single-client licence for professional use as described in the accompanying Practitioner Guide.

All sales are final. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if you have a concern.

All content within Preveal — including but not limited to the reading framework, need category definitions, reading bank text, regulation practices, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Carvey Innovations Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any part of this content is prohibited.

The name Preveal and the associated brand identity are proprietary to Carvey Innovations Limited.

Preveal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tool will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or that any reading will be applicable to your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carvey Innovations Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Preveal, including but not limited to decisions made or actions taken based on any reading produced by the tool.

Our approach to your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Preveal you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of Preveal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
