What This Worksheet Helps You Do
Pause, Notice, and Connect the Pieces
This worksheet helps a person pause and notice where a physical signal is showing up, what emotional tone may be around it, and what life context may be connected.
Sometimes the body notices pressure before the mind has clear words for it.
The Preveal Body Signal Reflection Log
A structured noticing exercise based on the Body-Signal Reflection Framework.
When This May Help
- When you feel off but cannot explain why
- When stress feels physical
- When emotions feel difficult to name
- When you notice recurring body tension
- When journaling feels stuck
Step 1: What is your body noticing?
Where do you notice it most?
Step 2: What is the emotional tone around this feeling?
If this feeling could speak in one sentence, what might it say?
Step 3: What may be happening in your life right now?
Consider recent events, responsibilities, relationships, decisions, transitions, or ongoing concerns.
Reflection Pause
What connection, if any, do you notice between Body Signal → Emotional Tone → Life Context?
Not every body signal needs to be solved. Sometimes the most useful first step is simply noticing what is already present.
